For the best experience across all of your devices, and to avoid any issues with cross device syncing, you will need to update to the latest version, 2.49 or higher before February 15, 2022.Īfter February 15, 2022, To Do app versions 2.48 or below will no longer sync across devices, but you’ll still be able to use To Do in offline mode. Locate the deleted task, right-click it, and then select Move > Other Folder > Tasks. Navigate to your email folder list, then select Deleted Items. Sign in to Outlook on desktop with the same Microsoft account that you use with Microsoft To Do. On Android and iOS, you can swipe from right to left to delete. Or, if you’ve turned on context menus in your Settings, you can right-click and select Delete selected task if you're on desktop. To delete a task, select the trash can icon in the bottom right corner of the task’s detail view. A cursor will appear in the task title field and you'll be able to rename or edit the title. Once in the detail view, you can click or tap the task's title. To rename a task, select the task to open its detail view. Your new task will then be added to the bottom of your list. Select the field, type the task's title, and press Return or Enter.
You can create a task from the + Add a task input field in any of your lists.
